TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL (TPC)

1. Developing the students to meet the Industries recruitment process
2. To motivate students to develop technical knowledge and soft skills in terms of goal setting.
3. To motivate students aspire for higher studies and guiding them to take competitive exams such as CAT, GATE, TOEFL, GRE, IES,UPSC,TNPSC etc.
4. Prepare the students to face competitive examination and interviews through training programs viz, aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews etc.
5. Assists the students in career planning and employment strategies. It invites reputed companies to the college and organise campus placement session.
6. Aiming to Place the maximum number of students through campus & off-campus interviews conducted by the companies.

1. To create Entrepreneurial culture in PVG’s College of Engineering Nasik.
2. To develop small innovative project ideas into business ideas.
3. To foster effective linkage between academic and industrial requirement.
4. To organize Entrepreneurship Development workshops and seminars for the students as well as for the faculties.
5. To conduct Institution-Industry interaction seminar.
